Guadalupe Wastewater Company was founded in 1989 by Charlie Digges. Charlie is a Registered Professional Sanitarian (#2974), an OSSF Site Evaluator (#19173), a Registered Professional Land Surveyor and has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology from the University of Florida. He is a past President of the Texas Onsite Wastewater Association, a statewide association of designers, installers, regulators, educators and manufacturers of onsite wastewater treatment and disposal systems.

All potential septic installations must have a site evaluation to determine the correct system for the soil conditions on the property and size of the home or commercial facility. We have trained personnel with field experience and equipment to determine the types of systems that will meet County and State regulations for your home or project site, including our Registered Installer II (#4569). Our design and construction standards follow the guidelines established by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The TCEQ established these guidelines to eliminate and/or minimize potential health harzards and to return the wastewater safely back into the environment.
